This session is a distant reiki session.

When scheduling, send me your intention for the session if you have a specific purpose otherwise we can leave it as a general alignment/healing.

Please sit or lay comfortable in meditation during your session and focus on the breath. Make yourself comfortable and cozy- light a candle, incense, play relaxing high frequency music. It is recommended to journal after if any emotions or memories came up.
